TEG announces another local authority waste deal
The TEG Group Plc (AIM: TEG), the Chroley based buidler and operator of organic composting and energy plants, today announced its second local authority contract in as many days.
Its Perth facility in Scotland has been appointed to process food and garden waste for Fife Council. The three-year deal is expected to be worth £700,000 to £900,000.
Chief Executive Mick Fishwick said: "This award comes on the back of other contracts recently announced and places the Perth facility in a very secure position. The company is examining options to expand capacity in light of the high level of demand in the region.”
