Hurstwood sells Reddish warehouse

The Hurstwood Group has sold an 19,263 sq ft industrial warehouse on Broadstone Hall Industrial Estate, Reddish, for £825,000 to EHL Ingredients Ltd.

Alex Smylie, senior surveyor at DTZ, which acted for Hurstwood, said: “We were encouraged by the level of interest shown in this property and are pleased to have agreed a sale within three months of initially marketing the building. This demonstrates the continued demand for good quality industrial accommodation particularly in South Manchester, notwithstanding the current economic climate”.
