Multibuild wins new £2.3m Odeon job

Stockport-based building contractor Multibuild has been awarded its third contract in 18 months by cinema operator Odeon Cinemas.

The latest project is worth £2.7m and will see the contractor create Odeon Gateshead – a state-of-the-art 12-screen multiplex in Gateshead's Metro Centre.

The 60,000sq ft fit out contract, spread over two floors, includes all auditoria, communal and back of house areas, and is due for completion at the end of the year.
