Law firm sees business in financial complaints

By Michael Fahy

An Altrincham-based law firm has been set up to service what it says is a growing number of consumer complaints against banks, building societies and other financial institutions.

Ultimate Law said it will seek work from local brokers targeting consumers by challenging payment protection insurance and loan agreements.

Director Daniella Lipszyc said that it will also offer financial irregularity training programmes for barristers, conveyancers and other members of the legal profession.

Lipszyc had previously worked in-house for Altrincham-based Financial Claims Service Ltd.
