Workshop focuses on people made redundant

By Simon Binns

A workshop in Cheshire is aiming to help people who have been made redundant get back to work.

The Leaders Cafe Foundation, a voluntary organisation, is holding seminars at the High Legh Park Country Club near Knutsford on Wednesdays and Thursdays from March 4.

They will be led by Kwai Yu, founder of The Leaders’ Café, which provides best-practice leadership resources for free.

The country club has provided the conference suite at no charge to the foundation.

“The job losses and collapses in the North West have had a terrible effect on many lives in the community and these sessions will try and help get people back on track and provide an opportunity for change and potentially more fulfilling futures,” said Yu.

The sessions are aimed at executives, managers, professionals, skilled and unskilled workers that have recently been made redundant or are facing the possibility of redundancy.

Interested attendees can mail kwai.yu@btinternet.com to book a place and to find out times.
