2ergo announces contract with unnamed US mobile operator
2ergo (AIM: RGO), the Rossendale-based mobile communications services company, today announced “a significant contract win” with an unnamed major US mobile network operator.
It said it would be supplying the customer with its mobile marketing and mobile customer relationship management services and said this “further underpins the group's progress in the US and provides a strong foundation for continued growth”.
In a statement to the stock exchange, 2ergo said it would supply will supply “a total solution encompassing technology, messaging and value added services to enable the client to further improve the way it plans and executes its campaigns to deliver maximum results from highly targeted promotions.”
2ergo said it expected to increase marketing results and create more time for staff to launch campaign activity whilst managing communications effectively across different time zones.
Neale Graham, joint CEO of 2ergo, said: "This endorsement of our services by a major US network operator further underpins our reputation in the US market for providing innovative and effective solutions following the full integration of our US business into 2ergo, including the rebranding of Proteus Inc to 2ergo Americas Inc. The signing of this contract provides a strong platform upon which to deliver our expectations of profitability from the US in the coming year."
2ergo’s existing clients include O2, Blyk, AT&T, Rightmove, Mastercard, Motorola, Universal Channel and Fox News.
