Brazen changes way it recruits graduates
By Joanne Birtwistle
PR agency Brazen is spicing up its graduate recruitment process by giving university graduates 15 minutes to pitch themselves in front of Brazen’s directors.
Candidates will also be set a series of challenges to test their creativity, planning skills and knowledge of traditional and digital media.
The directors’ panel will include Brazen’s associate creative director, Gary Bramwell, managing director Rick Guttridge and senior account director Peter Burling.
The best will be invited back for one week to see how they perform on live client campaigns. Then, the two most outstanding candidates will be offered full-time graduate trainee positions at Brazen.
The event, called Brazen’s Got Talent, will be held at Brazen’s offices in Manchester on May 16.
“Brazen’s Got Talent is our way of giving everyone the opportunity to meet us and prove they can fit into Brazen’s creative culture,” said Bramwell.
