DWF, PWC, BDO Stoy looking for new offices

Three of Manchester’s largest professional services firms are believed to be on the lookout for new offices in the city centre.

Law firm DWF is understood to be looking for 100,000 sq ft and has shortlisted Wilson Bowden’s Belvedere, Allied London’s 3 Hardman Street at Spinningfields and Chancery Place, by Chancery Place Developments. The company currently occupies 40,000 sq ft in Centurion House on Deansgate.

PriceWaterhouseCoopers is also looking at 3 Hardman Square, and requires 70,000 sq ft. The company currently occupies 40,000 sq ft at 101 Barbirolli Square and Abacus Court on Minshull Street.

Accountants BDO Stoy Hayward, currently based in 20,000 sq ft of space in Commercial Buildings on Cross Street, is looking for 60,000 sq ft as its lease is set to expire in 2012.
